Under the shop tab view all available merchandise. Once you have made your selection email us at kaysharmarysparkles@hotmail.com and list all the items with description name and item number. In the email please supply us your paypal account and how you would like it shipped. Please email us with any questions prior to purchase, to ensure customer satisfaction.
All items are shipped within 3-5 business days after payment has been received (depending on weekends and holidays). Once items have shipped you will be notified with tracking.
Return Policy: We accept returns for full refund or trade on all unworn items. All items you wish to return must be inspected for wear prior to refund or trade issued. Any items deemed pre-worn will have pictures taken and logged. You may obtain a copy of pictures upon your request. We understand things happen but we send you our items in new condition and expect the same condition sent back to us.
Shipping: We ship via the USPS. You may request Parcel Post, Priority or Flat Rate. For larger items I can work with you in shipping the most cost effective way possible. Local pick ups are welcome upon request as well. New as of 2012, all shipments will have to have shipping insurance. That helps us give you tracking and ensures package delivery. This adds very little to the cost of already cheap delivery pricing.
Care of Merchandise: All jewelry is consider "costume jewelry". It was not made for every day all day wear, such as doing household choirs, doing sporting activities, or other activities. The jewelry was also made for adults. DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN to play with any jewelry items. Most all jewelry contains small parts and are choking hazards. Our jewelry compliments any fun and special occasion and enjoy the compliments you will receive.
Ladies Hats and scarves are meant for adults as well. Many items may contain small parts that are choking hazards as well. We recommend dry cleaning for most all the scarves and hats.
Children's Items also contain small items. Please ensure child keeps all items out of the mouth and worn properly.
All items are lead safe per our vendor.
